These courses have all that but no longer require hard copies

Wu Shi Dao - Street Defence

What is it?

The street defence system is like JKD and is Wing Chun based, and uses the principles that Bruce Lee never trained as he left for the USA and never trained the higher level functions, it has a lot of the same kicks, blocks and strikes, it also has Krav Maga overtones, it also has weapons too. You can learn the base frame in a couple of weeks it's then up to you to train for speed and accuracy there is also no forms

BIG news... on the 21st of June 2018 we are opening a new class

The class will be located at South Thornaby Community Center

It will be from 7pm each Thursday evening and will cost £10 per session

Its a great time to get started and learn some basics

We teach wing chun classically BUT the focus is always on surviving a street confrontation

I know in your head your saying “that will never happen to me” well i will tell you right now it happens to everyone sooner or later and the police will not be to hand to protect and others are scared to step in as they are worried they will get hurt.

So that is one reason to try it out, however the best reason to learn it is simply because you like it and want to learn everything it has to offer.

What ever the reason i can tell you i started my journey in 2004, because of it i have traveled the globe numerous times and have made new friends world wide some i talk to on a daily basis

Why? When i got to age 40 i said “lets do something all the way from beginning to end” and here i am today.
