Karate and Tae Kwon Do

The most well known martial arts are karate, Tae Kwon Do, MMA, Judo and BJJ, back in the eighties after about 20 years, Aikido finally got its recognition but the others mentioned are the market leaders, how many people outside of the Wing Chun circle have actually heard of Wing Chun, well for those that have not, it's the martial art that Bruce Lee built his own system round, so for a change why not give Wing Chun a go, its suitable for all ages regardless of gender and you don't have to be a tough
guy to use it well :-)

Nine years ago when I started to research wing chun, the most prominent aspect of the art was that it was suitable for all people regardless of age and gender. This was because of energy redirection, sometimes it's smarter to go round the mountain as going over may prove hazardous, I believe that trying to force your attack through the opponent does not fit with the art of wing chun DO NOT PUSH!

Anyone who never ever gets hit in any martial art has nothing further to learn its only through trial abs error that w improve always work with people you think may challenge you in your art then you may move forward
